State-of-the-art production lines

Our growth of the last few years has been steady. Thus, we have multiplied the capacity of our product lines. On a total area of 8.000 m² we currently have three state-of-the-art production lines which are connected separately. Each of them has been constructed for the production of a special kind of food: one for fruit, one for vegetable, one for meat products and one for fruit puree in plastic cups.

By separating the production processes and by the optimized procurement of raw materials we can minimize time-consuming set up and cleaning intervals. At the same time we can constantly adjust our processes to changing demands by integrating a continuous improvement process and a HACCP Concept.

Seasonal sales campaigns

Since our production can work on a three-shift system we are able to respond to seasonal peak demands or sales campaigns of our customers. This is supported by a powerful labeling process. Furthermore, products are also available in double packs.

An external provider of warehousing and logistics cares for the food-grade and safe storage of our products and provides us with a storage capacity of 7,500 pallet locations. Hence, we can ensure our customers a smooth flow of goods from ordering to delivery.
